Frequently Asked Questions

  • Of course! Other local managers typically put a limit on how much you can use the property. Due to our unique model, we allow you to use the property as much as you possibly want throughout the year. After all, that’s what you bought it for!

  • No! We supply all linen for guest use from towels to sheets & everything in between. The guest will pay for this when they book to stay at your place.

  • Also No! Just like linen, the guest will pay a separate cleaning fee when they book to stay at your place which will cover all costs associated with labour & consumables.

    PLEASE NOTE: All cleaning is completed by our fully-trained in-house team using leading technology to ensure your property is always in sparkling condition.

  • You will get paid directly from the platform that the guest books on. This may be Airbnb, VRBO, booking.com or our direct booking site.

    PLEASE NOTE: While other managers offer trust accounting, we prefer this method as it allows YOU to be paid instantly once the guest checks into your place - rather than at the end of the month.

  • In the unlikely event that something goes wrong (ie. something breaks), you will have access to our special $7m coverage through our third party STR insurance & guest screening provider SuperHog. This is available on all bookings and on all platforms. This is different from Airbnb’s $3m Aircover.

    PLEASE NOTE: If a claim does need to be made, the entire process is taken care of by us at no additional cost.
